  • https://lyef.in/  is set up to take immediate orders accepts online through the payments via domestic and International credit cards issued by Banks and Institutions that are part of Visa /Master card. It also accepts Visa / Maestro Debit Cards issued by Indian Banks and Amex Cards or Net banking payment mode of selected banks of India. It also accepts payments via UPI linked to the banks.
  • For select banks in India – a full list is available at the time of check out and prior to making the payment for purchase.
  • You may also make payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment facility is only available in selected region / area as specified by the Body Shop India. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may or may not be available to you.

CASH ON DELIVERY (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

  • If you are not comfortable making an online payment on truefrog.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
  • The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs.5,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
  • To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide correct PIN Code and contact number.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few non-serviceable locations. Hence, based on your location, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
  • When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us with 24 hour’s time if you are still interested in receiving the product.
  • There is a no convenience charge on Cash on Delivery purchases.
  • The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
  • If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card. In case you don't have a NetBanking or Debit Card options please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.
